RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Masaari Jewellery, every piece is handcrafted with care. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.
14-DAY RETURNS
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To request a return, please contact us at masaariijewellery@gmail.com, including your order number.
Once you have notified us of your decision to return an item, you have 14 days to send it back.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Please handle your jewellery with care and package it securely for return, preferably using its original packaging.
Returned items may be inspected. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the item may be deducted from the refund, as permitted by law.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Jewellery made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
This does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty or non-conforming products.
RETURN SHIPPING
For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
We will reimburse eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Additional delivery charges resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping option are not refundable.
